The George is located in the Platinum Triangle area of Anaheim and features 9-tiers of parking, including 578 stalls and 2 sub-terrain levels.
The structure boasts an impressive 24,000 sf. rooftop amenities deck that includes: a pool, wader, spa, cabanas, dog spa, pro-fitness center with showers, clubhouse, 16’ LED screen, professional grade kitchen and an outdoor community beer garden with fire pits, all of which overlooks Angel Stadium.
The rooftop design draws from sophisticated contemporary urban styles and brings life to the surrounding city of Anaheim.
Improvements were also made to the major circulation artery of Orangewood Boulevard through the creation of South Dupont Drive to service the apartment community and alleviate added congestion to Orangewood Boulevard.
