The two-story facility includes 22 resident rooms with a complete kitchen, dining room, living room, den, and laundry room on each floor along with a handicap accessible elevator to the second level.

A vibrant garden including a built-in barbeque, water feature and garden boxes for residents to grow their own vegetables add to this tranquil setting.

This project is LEED Silver Certified.
