Mount St. Mary’s Doheny & Chalon Campus’ Project

Located in the Adams Park Historical zone, the residence hall is house-scaled with 12,000 square feet, housing 47 beds and residential life offices.

The third floor rooms are tucked under the sloping roof in the same manner as the neighboring houses.

Students have access to the lounge, common living area, kitchenette, upstairs covered patio and restrooms.

Hall also has all new fire sprinkler, plumbing, mechanical, electrical and fire life safety systems.

The three level concrete tilt up parking structure is located at the opposite end of the campus where a where it faces the residential houses and has a garden path to the campus.

It is covered with decorative screens and landscaping to unobtrusively blend into the surroundings.
