MemorialCare Medical Foundation Medical Office Building – Anaheim

This project consisted of demoliting 6,500 SF of an existing ground floor office space to the studs and a completely new tenant improvement build-out for new medical office space for MemorialCare Medical Foundation.

The scope of work included all new mechanical, electrical, plumbing and data systems, as well as construction of medical exam rooms, procedure rooms, X-ray lab, blood draw lab, treadmill room, various office space, reception area and restrooms.
