This project included the replacement of the fire alarm and nurse-call systems in an occupied assisted living facility. Cleanliness, coordination and flexibility were key factors in the successful execution of this project. Selective abatement and demolition was performed in order to route and secure the systems to OSHPD requirements. Installation was challenging as a number of remodels over the years due to the age of the building introduced many surprises. During the entire process, the care and safety of the staff and residents was the highest priority.
