1900 Ocean Beach Club apartments is a stylish 18 story high-rise apartment building with an oceanfront resort-style pool and spa, 24-hour fitness center, and on-the-sand location in Long Beach.
Slater Builders completed a renovation of the apartment complex in the fall of 2015.
The finishes included new flooring and light fixtures in the corridors of all 16 occupied levels were replaced.
The lobby and communal living spaces pictured were completely redesigned and constructed while the building was occupied and in use.
The project required a high level of communication with building management to ensure tenant safety and standard of living.
New resident amenities including The Plunge Café and bike cages.
