SUPERINTENDENT DAVID COLE
David is an industry veteran with over 26 years of experience in the construction industry and 20 years as Superintendent. David began his career in 1980 as a concrete Foreman and Supervisor on large commercial union projects. In 1985 he opened his own concrete business, Pacific Cost Concrete. After 13 years of running and operating a thriving business, David took an opportunity as a project superintendent and since, has built an extensive career.
David comes to Slater Builders with an extensive knowledge of all areas of management and business administration. He is a well-organized and detailed oriented Superintendent with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills who has the experience to foresee project obstacles and avoid project delays. He manages all aspects of his projects from early pre-con logistics and scheduling, coordination with city agencies and utilities, field quality control, safety and manpower, through closeout of the project and owner occupancy.
In his spare time David enjoys dirt bike riding, fishing, golfing, and going to USC football games where he is a season ticket holder.
