Karen Williams - Project Administrator - Slater Builders

Karen is a results-oriented professional with thirty-five years of construction coordination and management assistance experience. She is driven with enthusiasm to deliver a quality, finished project for all Slater Builders clients. Her responsibilities include, but are not limited to the coordination, set up and maintenance of each project from the bidding process, to project awarding, through project construction and final project close-out. She is responsible for bid solicitation, ordering and distributing blueprints and specifications, updating project logs and data base files, typing, preparing and submitting the bid proposal; preparing and processing subcontracts agreements, subcontractor change orders, owner change orders, purchase orders, and other secretarial support for the project manager, superintendent and president. She enjoys working with and having great rapport with subcontractors, architects and owners.

Outside of work, Karen is a huge sports fan, cheering for the LA Angels, the LA Kings, and Alabama football. Karen is also a loving wife, mother, and grandmother of five grandbabies.
