Jennifer is a results-oriented professional with years of construction coordination and management assistance experience. She has been with Slater Builders for over 4 years now and is driven with enthusiasm to deliver a quality, finished project for all Slater Builders’ clients. Her responsibilities include, but are not limited to the coordination, set up and maintenance of each project from the bidding process, to project awarding, through project construction and final project close-out.
She is responsible for bid solicitation, ordering and distributing blueprints and specifications, updating project logs and data base files, typing, preparing and submitting the bid proposal; preparing and processing subcontracts agreements, subcontractor change orders, owner change orders, purchase orders, and other administrative support for the project manager, superintendent and all project personnel.
In her time away from the office, Jennifer spends time bussing her two teenage kids to and from school activities as well as taking family trips across the nation.
