Services: Facilities and Maintenance

In 2008, Slater Builders implemented a business plan to assist our clients with a program that would assure them that the product we constructed would last beyond the industry standard one year warranty.  That prompted us to create a facilities and maintenance management division.  This group provides long term facilities management for existing projects that we have recently constructed or existing facilities that have been renovated or that may be in need of upgrades.  It includes the review and inspection of M.E.P systems, roofing, painting, general building materials, landscaping and other specific maintenance items per the client’s request including but not limited to; developing spread sheets of campus items that are scoped, prioritized, priced, cash flowed and scheduled.  Usually looking forward 1, 3 and 5 years.  An owner’s investment is only as good as the quality and functionality of the facility.  We respect the financial commitment and trust we have with our building owners, who engaged our facilities services.
